Most likely, your toolbar isn't fully in the upper left corner. I actually did the measurements once, and I think it was something as little as 10 pixels off from the top or left, and Emailer would not bump the next window below it, but rather align it to the top left causing it to open under the toolbar. As to why the message opens OVER the toolbar instead of under it, you've got me on that one. The toolbar is supposed to float over all other windows.
