habeas anti-spam headers

Can I make it recognize URGENT, African, financial spam and such

No. There is (or maybe was, I don't know if they still exist) a group
that created a copyrighted haiku that you could license from them for
free and put into the headers of your email message. The idea being,
if everyone that was a legit email sender puts this header into their
outgoing emails. Then everyone else could check for that header with
a mail action, and if it was there, know the email wasn't spam.
They would not license the header to spammers, so if a spammer used
it, they could then sue the spammer for copyright infringement.
Back when they started up, they were looking for people to write
directions (or create patches) to insert the headers into as many
mail clients as they could. I wrote the directions and patch for
using the headers with Emailer.
Alas, the whole thing never really took off as much as they hoped,
and I don't know if they are even still in existence any more.
I meant to ask if I use Mail Actions to put in an automatic
signature to
my
Emails? OR is there some other way to do it?
Mail Actions are only used on incoming mail. Signatures effect
outgoing mail, so no, mail actions would not be used. For a
signature, go to your Setup Menu and choose Signatures.
