Hi all,
no longer using CE but I miss it. CE was the only Classic app I was
still using, so I figured the writing was clearly etched on the wall
and migrated to Mail. Mail's fine, but it lacks the elegance and
sleekness of CE.
Appropriately for a fantastic piece of software, CE has a brilliant
user group to match - every time I had issues I had prompt and helpful
responses from list members. Chris was always quick off the mark, but
others too.
VRic seems to have fallen off the list which is a great pity - he was
an ace with creating useful applescripts.
Anyway, all strength to those of you continuing the good fight.
My nomination for a moniker for any OSX version of CE is "eXmailer" (a
variant of "exmailer" - proposed by Dan K a while back) - it nicely
captures most of what it would be (and where it came from).
If you're counting watchers as well as users, I'll accept whatever
number I'm allotted (prime or non).
