Renaming emails

	One of the things that I most enjoyed about using Emailer was the  
ability to rename the emails to something that I could remember or  
file.  I can't seem to find a way to do that in Mail on OS X and  
wondered if it's just that I don't know how to do it.  I've looked  
but don't ever recall that being a feature of Mail.
	But then, I'm no adept at this.  I bought a Mac so that I didn't  
have to learn how to use an OS to use the computer, and have been  
happy about that ever since.  Thanks - Charles.
