I've just answered that, above. I never turn my computers off except when I have to do work inside, such as replacing a Hard Drive every 3 years. I suppose now you'll ask "how often should I replace a Hard Drive?" and I'll have to reply "I recommend you do this every 3 years, as I do". Then you'll ask "why every 3 years?" and I'll reply "Because experience has shown that modern Hard Drives usually fail some time after 3 years and I want to minimise the risk of inconvenient down-time and file-loss, so I plan ahead." <grin> Martin (UK) ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
