Tannis,

I am not sure I understand this fully since I have only one account, but in
Gyazmail you can configure a rule such that all mail from any account is put
into any Inbox or any other folder you choose. You can also set the rule so
that certain accounts will place their incoming messages in any other account
if I am reading this right. Since I don't have other accounts this would
require some work to test. I'm not sure if this would conflict with other
rules to control incoming messages.

I think that the problem many have with Gyazmail is that there are a lot of
powerful actions in the preferences that are not obvious to the casual user. I
am still finding useful bits after two years.

Moving columns in the Mail.app browser window with a key combination was
mentioned but in Gyazmail a simple drag and drop will do the same. Also, the
View menu allows one to choose any of 12 possible columns to display and they
can be different for each folder.

Take care,

S. Kennedy
