Hi Mary Lou: Others will probably have more helpful answers than mine, but it looks like you could create an action that only works when the recipient is in an business related address group you already created, but there doesn't seem to be an action already defined for attaching - you will probably have to find or write a script which you would set to be triggered by the recipient's group.
What I really wanted to suggest, however, is that you not save your business card to a .gif file, as so many of us automatically view them as spam and some even have actions set to place all messages with .gif files attached in their spam or deleted folders. I would assume that jpg would be safer. Others may have superior thoughts on this one!
