Right, Yersinia. This topic has been discussed here recently, but I know how things are: it goes over your head until you need it. Some of us low-power-users, like me, are always a bit behind the curve. This was the case with me and this problem only recently. But I got lucky and got bailed out anyway. Chris has provided one of his great workarounds. You need to replace your version of CE with his hack: 2.0v3 p3-587 This is available on his website: http://www.mythtech.net/emailer Whoops! No, it's not, I just looked. So where did I get it - I don't remember anymore. It just works great and does the job. Oh, yes. The tech support guy for my dialup service had it and emailed it to me. If Chris is not going to post it, get back to me and I'll forward it to you. All you have to do is trash your current Emailer application file and replace it with this one. It will pick up all your other Emailer files and operate just like your old version, except your email will go out when you are on wi-fi. There was just a discussion is our local paper about whether or not science and religion are compatible. Here in our Emailer world, it must be true that Chris is the God of Emailer, and those who are true believers get bailed out of all Emailer crises. However, if you do not believe, you are doomed to use some other email app for all eternity. Best regards, Bill _______________________________oOo______________________________ William D.
