Sorry for going off topic, but I figured I'd do a fast check here first:
Several people have said recently on this list that they are upgrading their laptops to new MacBooks or MacBook Pros.
Does everyone already have a home for their upgraded laptop? I'm in search of a reasonably inexpensive Mac laptop of some sorts. It needs to be able to run OS X and Adobe Creative Suite. Although it need not run Creative Suite well, it will be used as a training machine.
I figured before I check regular used forums like LEM Swap, or before I decide to just bite the bullet and buy a brand new MacBook (I'd do it, except I'm really really trying to hold out and see what Apple is going to offer as a sub-mini notebook... assuming the rumors that such is coming by years end are even true), that I'd see if any of these recent upgraders are looking to unload their old laptop for a reasonable price.
And as long as I'm off topic, anyone know anything about BitPim and downloading pictures off an LG-8100 phone? Or more correctly, why one picture just refuses to be downloaded (and of course, it would be the one picture I can't easily take another of, and be one that I really would like to keep and get off the phone).
