Thought I'd try out SpamSieve, which I downloaded , and was going about setting it up to identify and Color spam.
Following the User Guide, I attempted to make up a Mail Action to do just that. I got as far as Setup->Mail Action -> New and typing in "SpamSieve - Color Spam, following the successive directions shown in the User Guide, in the Field entry selecting All Mail But, even though I was able to enter the Mail Action Name, starting with a blinking cursor in that box, *when I get to the box "Actions", the cursor appears, but doesn't blink..... so I cannot enter the action. Attempts to type-in the Action fail... the cursor doesn't move. In addition. I notice as soon as I clicked on New, which brought up the box "Mail Action Entry" I noticed all the boxes except Edit became greyed out up-top on the menu. Whether that happens always, when one composes a new Mail Action, I don't know. Can anyone tell me why I am unable to fill in "Actions" ?..... i.e., why the cursor doesn't blink, and what to do to remedy the situation. (I have already done a Restart)..... Otherwise Emailer is working fine.
