To set the actions you need to click the "Define Actions..." button
rather than type directly into the text box.
In addition. I notice as soon as I clicked on New, which brought up
the box "Mail Action Entry" I noticed all the boxes except Edit
became
greyed out up-top on the menu. Whether that happens always, when
one composes a new Mail Action, I don't know.
I think that's normal.
