Where Should the Claris Emailer Application be located inside the Claris Emailer Folder? Should it be at the top level or in the Emailer Files Folder? And where should "Destinations" and "Connections" (documents) be located within the Claris Emailer Folder?
My problem is this. I am trying to convert my Claris emailer mail using Emailchemy, as instructed, selecting my "main Claris Emailer Applications folder". Unfortunately, when I do, it fails to convert anything. I have tried selecting folders within that folder as well including the "Emailer Files" folder (contains the Mail folder) and that does not work.... and I have tired selecting the the "Mail"folder which contains both the "Mail database" and the "Mail index"....still to no avail. When I have selected any of these folders,Emailchemy states "The folder selected doesn't match what Wizard has asked for and may cause inaccurate results". I select continue, and well, nothing is converted. I am starting to wonder if my CE application is not located in the right place within the Claris Emailer Folder.
