You should have a folder, named anything you want, but usually
"Claris Emailer Folder" or something to that effect. In that should
be the Emailer Application, and another folder called Emailer Files
Folder. You can also place your Emailer Prefs in this folder should
you desire (handy if you are running multiple copies of Emailer, as
Emailer will look in its own folder before the Claris folder for the
prefs file, allowing you to have different prefs for different copies).
Inside that Emailer Files Folder (the one inside your mail
application folder) should be pretty much everything else. The
important items are the Mail folder which contains both the Mail
Index and Mail Database. Also in the Emailer Files Folder would be an
AppleScripts folder (containing all the scripts for the Scripts
menu), the Address Book file, Signatures, Destinations, Service
Providers, and Mail Actions among other files.
Technically, your Emailer Files Folder need not actually be in the
same folder as the Emailer application, but it does make things
easier to keep together, and it is the default location for it.
Should you move it to elsewhere, you would need to repoint Emailer to
look for it at the new place. To do that, hold F5 while starting
Emailer and it will then ask you to locate the Emailer Files Folder.
