Hi Bill,
"cleanup" - I usually discard everything I don't want to archive
when i receive it.
I do have 3 professional lists and I back them up and dump the archive in
my computer.
My belief is that the computer does a lot of duplicating that I don't
understand or know where they put it - I have sometimes tried to find it
and dump it.
I think it was Chris who suggested dumping the Temporary Folder - or
something like that? I don't quite understand why the computer creates
them automatically or what the purpose is!
