Latest update I have is "Mozilla/f.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; 
en-US; rv: 1:9:1:3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.4.3"

When I use FireFox to download an update I'm given the option of PPC or 
Intel, as I recall.
Then too, at the installation step I always look to make sure it isn't an 
Intel version...
