Summary: AXIS shows inaccurate XYZ after touch off with G43 active

Initial Comment:
This issue was found a PRE 2.2 CVS build.

The AXIS GUI shows inaccurate XYZ coordinates if the G43 tool offset
compensation is active and a touch off of the Z axis is performed. After the Z
touchoff is performed, the AXIS GUI shows that the G43 is no longer active and
that G49 (no tool offset compensation) is active and the XYZ coordinates
reflect that no tool offset compensation is being performed. However, if a G00
move command is issued through the MDI the machine moves to coordinates as if
the G43 tool offset compensation is still active. This is dangerous because it
may cause the cutting tool to crash into the fixture.

Steps to reproduce
1. Setup tool table so tool #1 will have a length offset. i.e. 2 inches

2. Issue G43 H01 command from AXIS GUI MDI to enable tool offset compensation

3. Touch off Z axis to zero

4. Axis MDI screen reports G49 active ( No tool offset compensation )

5. Axis GUI shows Z coordinates as if tool compensation is off

6. Issue G00 Z0 command from AXIS GUI MDI, machine will move to Z position
with tool compensation still on. i.e. Because the tool offset is still
active, the tip of the cutting tool will be 2" off from where it would be
expected to be from the AXIS GUI in the Z axis.
