John and I talked about this some on IRC.

The missing ")" on this line was due to bad transcription into the
e-mail.
John and cust & pasted from the Integrator pdf file, and instead of
getting an apostrophe character he got a "smart quote" type character.
Python only accepts apostrophes.
So the fix he is checking in to the documentation is to use " in all
the examples; we know how to enter a "dumb quote" character in lyx, but
couldn't immediately figure out how to enter a "dumb apostrophe".
