I've cleaned up the patch form Nov23rd to make gladevcp usable under Axis: git pull git://git.mah.priv.at/emc2-dev.git gladevcp-halfile and http://git.mah.priv.at/gitweb/emc2-dev.git/shortlog/refs/heads/gladevcp-halfile
Formerly there was no way to execute hal commands after gladevcp was started, such as linking input and output pins from/to the gladevcp hal component, and as such this was not really of much use with Axis.
