D'oh, sorry. I forgot to save the old value.
Didn't notice this in my tests, because my HAL seems to toggle
the pin fast enough.

Hm, well. Quilt is much easier for handling patches. And it also
applies with git am.
But I can also do a git patch. Or do you just want to have it rebased
to the root git directory (not src/)?
