Creating new user interface using gladevcp widgets is not hard. However you'll
need at least some glue code to put everthing together. Most of functionality
is already implemented using separate widgets so you need to code only custom
operations.

Look at gladevcp in recent (2.5) EMC versions. It has most of typical EMC
buttons/widgets like ESTOP/Power buttons, homing, backplot preview, MDI history
and so on.

Python, C and Tcl...

I was working on Gtk based Axis interface [1, 2] but have not finished it. If
anybody want to pickup and continue development - it would be great.
