I ran a link verifier on the html tree starting at
http://www.linuxcnc.org/docs/2.5/html and found the following defects.
Some of these are present in multiple language versions but I'm
describing only the English language version.

This file links incorrectly to xref_pl.html (all the xref files are
missing in any event)
The German and Spanish versions of ./index.html optimistically link to
(missing) German and Spanish language versions of the G-Code Quick
Reference. Are these versions likely to be created?
