Obviously no one wants to get involved in a legal struggle, but I hope
that the board passed this by a competent lawyer. I have three in my
family - one who is chief counsel to a very large data services company
not related to EMC.
He might be willing to take a look at it - no charge. I know he does
some pro bono work from time to time. He was on CNN recently for some
work he has been doing pro bono. This guy is top tier.

They might be great guys but they are trying to take something away from
us and probably for no good reason - other than the fact that they think
they can.

Don't assume that you will lose due to the size difference.

I am settling a case right now with, I believe, the largest scrap
company in the US - out of court.

I filed a case against them and they realized they had no case.

If you guys alter your decision - count me in on the legal defense
fund. Setup a Paypal account and you can have my first $100 today -
I'm serious.
