I in no way wish to discourage you. My comments ARE a result of where I
stand. I almost discarded my reply because I did not want to inject a
negative tone into the project. I thought about this for a while and
decided to send it (with personal reservations) in the attempt to shed some
light on problem areas. I think this project is possible if you have a very
restricted surface set and not try to be everything to everyone.
About the only negative thought I have on this is as follows: If good and
capable people spend valuable time on a project that has little chance of
success then would that time have been better spent on other projects?
My hope is that my comments will contribute to the success of the project
thereby making the time spent much more valuable.
My religious position about this project is - go for it. I will help any
way I can.
I see a lot of 'gotchas' but learning how things will not work is part of
the process of learning how to make things work.
Have fun with it.
thanks
Stuart
