"Appear through the curtain"?!? ...more like crawl out from under my rock! :) After avoiding the nasty bug the whole family had all Christmas holiday, I finally got hit by it hard just when the kids went back to school. Between that and "real" work, I haven't had much time for playing with LinuxCNC. I have, however, been going over the AM335x documentation, the TI kernel drivers, and the BeBoPr board specifications and am working on the missing bits to actually control my 3D printer (mostly the ability to use the analog ADC inputs and better control of the non-PRU GPIO pins). I also need to get a Xenomai kernel running and see if that fixes my nasty latency numbers from the Posix version. Hopefully, I'll have some more code and updates to share soon. >> It also touches on the issue how the source repository and >> collaboration model touches upon a project's success, and that's >> an interesting read. Yes, I'm quite certain very little of the fancy new RTOS work would have happened without Michael's git repo (or something equivalent). - -- Charles Steinkuehler [email protected] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlD21ucACgkQLywbqEHdNFz/lgCfSCHe1nYl45V7MeFfjL2kid/k W6oAoIJCQpn2+RTOSEkOOFlcbaBAIDkM =8CQD -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Master Java SE, Java EE, Eclipse, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery and much more.
