That's right, the BeBoPr++ is backwards compatible with the BeBoPr+ and 
BeBoPr/Bridge combination.
Maybe you've seen the details that I've posted here recently:

I'm still struggling with production houses to get the cost down 
further. My goal is to make the BeBoPr++ significantly cheaper than the 
previous generations. If someone knows a cheap source for the extended 
header connectors shown in the pictures, please let me know!
