I've been testing Seb's wonderful work on debian packages on UB3. Since building the docs actually takes longer than building the applications themselves, I decided to try to add an option to not build the doc packages. It's no where ready for commit, and needs more testing, but it is is functional on my system. I have more work to do to clean it up and handle a few things better (configure script arguments). I was hoping to elicit some commits, criticism and recommendations. The below is a link to the patch in it's current state on my github mirror.
