I would *LOVE* to be able to build LinuxCNC without the docs.

Not only does it save a lot of time, but the requirements to build the
documentation are huge when running on a system like the BeagleBone.  I
could get by with a much lighter extra package install burden if I
didn't have to add all the documentation dependencies in order to build
the actual code.
