That's a lot of work! I suggest you start your proposal with the tickets that i called out in the suggested proposal, and add something like "additional tickets as agreed upon after these first ones are done". > I noticed that the the feature requests tickets #125 is asking adding > table content pages for LinuxCNC_Manual_Pages, which doesn't invlove any > coding, is it possible to add this one as part of my project? Certainly, though i think that one's a bit tricky due to the toolchain that generates the manpage pdf. It's a lower priority than (for example) the stepconf fixes & updates, which are used by many more people. > Also, I will > take an embeded system course next quarter, which potentially enable me to > work on more kinds of tickets, and I may not be able to offer very detailed > project description for each part due to the time constraint, will I be > able to change or add more things to my proposal after the application > deadline? It'd be best to commit to a couple of things, and add additional things if you finish them early. > BTW, what's your available time tomorrow on IRC or maling list? If you say my name (seb_kuzminsky) i'll hear it and come talk to you. If i don't answer within a few minute it's because i'm busy elsewhere or not around, and just say what you want to say and i'll read back and respond later. -- Sebastian Kuzminsky ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming The Go Parallel Website, sponsored by Intel and developed in partnership with Slashdot Media, is your hub for all things parallel software development, from weekly thought leadership blogs to news, videos, case studies, tutorials and more.
