Hi,

I've made some improvements to genhexking recently. I hope to send a PR or
patches soon.
But I have a couple of questions before that.

1. Do we need genhexkins.h? Its sole purpose was keeping joints values in
one place. Now with hal parameters for joints values it doesn't seem
nesessary. It's probably more reasonable to initialise hal pins directly
with these default values.

2. The initial commit
<https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/blob/bd92ef1ac6977a86b6818be1079b069f0b6bfd1e/src/emc/kinematics/genhexkins.c>
of genhexkins.c obviously had description from trivkins. It was edited
later, but still has "Derived from a work by R. Brian Register". Is it from
trivkins too? If so, I would like to credit the original author of
genhexkins. Any idea who's that? Alex Joni? Or the code originated from
NIST?

Best regards,
Andrew
