I think we should consider archiving some git repositories under the
linuxcnc organization that are unlikely to see further development:

https://github.com/LinuxCNC/stretch-live-build (last activity: 2019)
https://github.com/LinuxCNC/live-wrapper (last activity: 2018)
https://github.com/LinuxCNC/wizards (last activity: 2017)

Archiving is a reversible process that disables issues and pull
requests, and shows a notice that the repository is archived.

An example of how an archived repository looks:

I volunteer to do the work, which may consist of a small README update
before checking a box in the github website.
