I don't know anything about 5 axis but... Here you have 7 joints [TRAJ] COORDINATES = X Y Z B C Y W
But you only seem to have 6 joints defined. Also, the two Y axis joints need to have HOME_SEQUENCE = -1 enabled to designate a gantry machine. Probably why the second is not moving...
