Apparently a Linuxcnc repo has been setup on codeberg:

I have no problem with contributing a couple hundred euros a year
towards a paid solution but there would need to be a way to setup access
ownership/rights in a way that avoids the control issues we have with
some of our other infrastructure (eg the wiki).
