The proposed ITE immunity standard prEN55105
(renumbered from prEN55024) failed its recent vote
a new version based on a CISPR/G draft was
going to be drawn up last month for voting some
time this month. Past history would suggest that it
is unlikely to be listed in the OJ before the end of
the year and there will then be a transition period
before it is mandatory, possibly of 4 years.
In the mean time the generic standards apply to ITE.
