Dear Compliance Collegues
CFR47 sets emission limits for digital devices. As far as I know there is or there was an exemption for machine controls, i.e. there are no emission limits for industrial machines ( I am not referring to ISM as defined by 47CFR18) I can not find this exemption in the 1993 edition of the CFR 47.
