Check 47 CFR part 2 sections 803, 805, 806, 807 and 809. Essentially if your ISM equipment is classified as a "radio frequency device" or "digital device" and not selling to the US goverment you must comply with the technical requirements of part 15, or part 18. Part 18 section 121 allows for exemptions for certain ultrasound and MRI equipment. Other than that, I'm certain you have to comply! Best Regards, Hans Mellberg
