perhaps the comparison to foods strayed from the context a little, a sign of
the sue happy world we live in...

However, what about power tools, you could inflict harm with a paper knife for
goodness sake. Anyone remember all the fuss when superglue came out?

The point is that for a few small incidents we try to ban, while huge problems
are ignored or accepted. All banning succeeds in doing is creating a black
market, and takes it out of the places where it could actually be useful.

Let's get back to EMC issues....
