As list administrator, I "own" the emc-pstc listserver operation.

I already answered this question in a previous message. I am
taking no action -- and I am NOT counting ayes and nayes. I
have no authority for setting up an EMC-only listserver. We
who "operate" this listserver don't have time to run two
listservers.

If anyone wants to set up an EMC-only listserver, he can contact
the IEEE EMC Society, learn the majordomo listserver application,
recruit admin volunteers, and proceed from there.

I am pleased with the voluntary comments on the value of the
listserver. To those of us who do the work on this listserver,
the comments make the work worthwhile! Thanks from all of us!

Best regards,
Richard Nute
emc-pstc listserver administrator
