Chris, David,
I just checked CISPR 22:1997 and this shows up in Section 7.1.2, they go
into quite a bit of detail.

Subject: RE: 80/80 rule for euro compliance?

I have seen this in

Section 6 of EN 55011:1990

Section 8 of EN 55022:1995

I'm not sure if there are any plans to remove these references from
newer versions of these standards.

Best regards,

Chris
