It is - however - wise not to read too much into this decision and assume that obtaining a CB Report from a UL Product is matter of fact.
There are many pitfalls. E.g. - X and Y Caps may be have been reviewed to an older (950) standard that permits compliance to EITHER UL OR IEC. Been there - Done that - got that tee shirt......
