All perfectly true, as long as the Power Factor = 1.0! However with constant load, loss of efficiency, increased amps, (Now still further out of phase), the VA increases. Now the increased A causes an increase in line volts drop, further reducing efficiency, and also increased demands on the distribution lines, transformers and switching capacity, etc.....
