Joe: You also should budget for: 1. A place to put the test equipment. 2. All the little associated goodies, like cables & probes & connectors & the usual forgotten items. 3. Cost of maintenance and periodic calibration. 4. Somebody to learn how to do the testing and operate the equipment.
