Rocky: It is not clear what information you are looking for. Are you looking for hook-up information or trying to write a driver? If you want to know how to hook it up, both Sony and Teac have such documents. If you are writing a driver, the data sheet on the old NEC 765 controller chip may be of some help. No one uses the 765 any more because they use multifunction chips but the data sheet is still the most comprehensive for the driver writer.
