Darren - the Japan mains voltage in the range you request is 100V. As I understand it, though this is open to correction, Japan has both 50Hz and 60Hz distribution systems, depending upon where you are located, even on the large island. I do note, however, that the US Dept. of Commerce's publication, "Electric Current Abroad," indicates only 50Hz. I have other sources that indicate both 50Hz and 60Hz.
