You will need something larger than these sensors. At 3MHz a loop with an area of 0.1 sq. meter will output 0.25uV (-12 dBuV) when placed in a 30 uV/m field. With a 3dB noise figure preamp the spectrum analyzer noise floor is -24 dBuV with the RBW set to 10 kHz. So, a 0.1 sq. meter loop will allow you to measure down to a field of 18dBuV/m. This size loop will also work to 30 MHz. You could build your own if money is tight.
