For Europe, I know of no restriction on the sheath colour of mains flexible cables. In addition to black and grey, white and orange are standard colours, and I have seen blue and brown, but those may have been to special order. A cable manufacturer will make whatever colour you like for a suitable minimum order quantity and will advise you about the requirements for certification (and possible additional testing) to the harmonized cable standards (they are not EN standards but HDs - the cable manufacturers want it that way for reasons they often don't discuss). -- Regards, John Woodgate, OOO - Own Opinions Only.
