Sylvia, I am are also having the same Issue with MITI. I was told that this is the new Denon law was implemented sometime in March 2004. You need to put the statement in your user manual. If you have an internal PS this will work out just fine for you. If you have external AC adapter, the issue is more complicated and needs many other requirements which are hard to meet for some US manafacturers. regards Christopher
