Dear folks I am looking on the requirements for a radio equipment designed for the USA market and I have some problem to understand the spirit of FCC 47 CFR.
The equipment is a Microwave equipment using a licenzed frequency. My question is if I have to apply also part 15; in the scope of part 15 I found the sentence: This Part sets out the regulations under which an intentional, unintentional, or incidental radiator may be operated without an individual license. It also contains the technical specifications, administrative requirements and other conditions relating to the marketing of Part 15 devices. So I haven’t to apply the requirements of part 15. But in this case I have not requirements to limits the emission from AC/DC line and from the enclosure.
