To avoid any confusion regarding my earlier reply on this topic I feel it best I clarify that I did not mean anyone could sign a DoC. Only someone within the Australian supplier's organization/company or in some circumstances, the overseas manufacturer's organization/company may sign a DoC. What I did mean however was that the Australian regulations requiring compliance with C-Tick did not require the person to hold any particular position within the organization however explanatory information concerning these regulations suggested the person should hold a senior position in the organization/company.

I'm wondering who should sign the CE and C-Tick DoC. Does it have to be someone in upper management? Is there any written requirement?
