Appendix 3 of the Regulations reads:

  Appendix 3.  Method of Tests (Related to Article 11) 
  ...
  (2)  Test of completed articles. 
  Tests shall be performed on every completed Specified Electrical Appliance
  ...
  All other Specified Electrical Appliances and Materials shall be
  tested with regard to appearance, dielectric strength, and current-carrying.

So, AFAIK, as the minimum required tests for every completed units
of your product, appearance, hi-pot and functional test should be
enough, I think.

I'm not sure if it is permitted to hi-pot test the product with
DC voltage.
