Hi I want to have a better flicker measuring instrument than I have at the moment, but are a little concerned about changes in the standard. I'm looking at a HAR 1000 from EMC Partner (single phase), it has a fixed impedance of 0.4ohm + j0.25ohm (phase & neutral) will this impedance change in the near future ?
Is there any thing else that I should be aware of ?
